We accept no responsibility for the services of U.S. Passport Services of the U.S. State Department or any Consulate or Embassy regarding the issuance of passports or visas. We accept no responsibility for delays, loss of passports or other materials or documents occasioned by such services or by any commercial or U.S.P.S delivery services. Passport and Visa applications may be processed through different passport offices/consulates/embassies throughout the country. We will attempt to process applications based on customer requests and/or jurisdictional regulations but may process at other locations to provide the fastest possible service. It is the responsibility of the traveller to check all passport and visa information to ensure the accuracy of the documents. Damage compensation is not available from A Briggs Passport & Visa Expeditors.
