A Briggs Passport & Visa Expeditors serves as an agent only on behalf of Passport and Visa applicants. We accept no responsibility for the services of U.S. Passport Services of the U.S. State Department or any Consulate or Embassy regarding the issuance of passports or visas. We accept no responsibility for delays, loss of passports or other materials or documents occasioned by such services or by any commercial or U.S.P.S delivery services. Passport and Visa applications may be processed through different passport offices/consulates/embassies throughout the country. We will attempt to process applications based on customer requests and/or jurisdictional regulations but may process at other locations to provide the fastest possible service. It is the responsibility of the traveller to check all passport and visa information to ensure the accuracy of the documents. Damage compensation is not available from A Briggs Passport & Visa Expeditors. The 24-48 hour passport processing service is extremely limited and space is reserved on a first come basis. The fee for 24-48 hour passport processing must be paid before a space can be reserved. The fee is not refundable unless the service is cancelled by 3 p.m., eastern time, the day before the passport is scheduled to be submitted for processing.
