United Kingdom Visitor Visa

A valid passport and visa are required for certain non-U.S. citizens to enter The United Kingdom. Travelers arriving without valid passports and the appropriate visa may not be permitted to enter and will be subject to a fine and immediate deportation at the traveler's expense.

Please follow the instructions below. After you read all the instructions, if you have any questions, call us at 1-800-806-0581.

Send us your current valid and signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank visa page.

Send 1 visa applications form completed and signed with your signature in blue ink.

When filling out the application you will pick a city to get your biometric appointment in. There is no additional cost to you. At the end of your application you will pick the time and date of your appointment. You will need to take your receipt and passport to the appointment. Once you get a stamp of completion at the biometric appointment you may then ship your documents required along with receipt to A Briggs at the address in section 11 below.

The consular fee MUST be paid online when filling out the application using the link below and receipt for payment must accompany your application.

UK Visa Application

You must submit 2 passport photographs taken by a passport photographer. Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Passport Photo Requirements

Submit a computer-generated flight itinerary from your travel agent, airline, or online booking agency. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the UK, and flight information.

The itinerary is required because the British Embassy wants to know the dates you plan to arrive and depart from the country.

NOTE: Processing times are business days. The first day begins the day after your package is received by A Briggs except in the case of pre-arranged same day service when available. Prices are per applicant.

The A Briggs fees are:

$165.00 for same day service. All UK Visas are same day service.

You must submit proof of your immigration status in the USA and permission to re-enter the USA after your trip. Please submit original documents.

Examples include:

• Permanent Resident Card
• Valid US visa (e.g., H1B, F1)
• Advance Parole Document
• Employment Authorization Card (does not permit re-entry to US)
• Valid DS 2019 (Formerly IAP66)
• Valid I-20 (must be signed on the reverse by designated school official)
• Valid I-94 Arrival Departure Record

You must submit a letter from your employer on letterhead that includes your length of service with the company, authorized vacation dates, statement regarding authorized leave, and that you will return to work after trip.

You must submit documentation that you have enough funds to support your trip to the United Kingdom.
Examples include:

• Recent Bank Statement (within last 30 days)
• Copies of Travelers Checks

You must complete an Order Form.

Note: Additional shipping costs must be charged to a credit card for each package shipped to an international destination and the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories.

Saturday Delivery is an additional $14 when available to US destinations.
